Description

It is Virtual customer support profile. It involves 3 rounds:

• 1st round is related to working with customer. In this round, candiate will be given two exercises, and those exercises will cover all customer queries related to product , orders , payment , network and website issues.
• 2nd round is customer conversation and it includes total 6 conversations (mina , Alex , Celeste , Christina, fransesca and Gary.
• 3rd round is workstyle assessment and it is based on behaviour and personality.

We will provide you 5 documents for the preparation of this course.
