This course includes three rounds:

1. Working with customers
2. Customer conversations
3. Workstyle assessment

Working with customers includes two exercise and general customer queries

Customer conversations includes conversations with Mina , Alex , celeste , christina , Fransesca , Gary

Workstyle Assessment is Personality and behavior assessment.

MHLS Includes

This role includes 3 Rounds

2. Coworker Conversation
3. Workstyle Round

SPS Includes

Sps includes two patterns

OLD pattern includes 4 sections

1. Reading
2. Listening
3. Spekaing
4. Writing

New Pattern includes two sections:

1. Speaking
2. Writing

Speaking includes the conversations btw Seller partner and Seller partner Associate. In this section we will be hearing voices of Seller partner and as associate we will have to give response to seller partner.

Writing includes the email part and we will be giving response to seller partner..
